To secure dates we require the refundable security deposit and half of the rental amount. Rental balance due 30 days before arrival. The cleaning fee will be deducted from your security deposit when it is refunded after your stay.
We are a small and friendly business yet not able to accept credit cards. Payment options are checks, money orders, wire transfers, Paypal transfers (3% fee).
